If your are a craftsman or you know someone who is too good at what they do and can impress someone with their job we at MISTRIJI are more than happy to meet you. We are constantly looking for experienced arts men who might not be educated but are creative and  highly skilled to beat any academic certifications. In our journey we have noticed that the plans and technicalities are very well addressed by most of the folks in the design room however to make them a reality we need these great human beings who are passionate about their work and god has blessed them with special skills.

Anyone whom you think is in search of a job and seems talented it would always be better to refer them to us so that we can screen them for possible roles. We are constantly in search of people from construction field, fabrication field, carpenters, electricians, painters, plumbers, people who are good at tile and stone works and any other new form of art that we might not be familiar with.

We always welcome people to join us who bring onboard new technologies,may be new designs in flooring, new designs in metal work, new designs or new ways to deliver Gypsum/Plastering work.

MISTRIJI also welcomes Nerds who have a fascination to play with different materials and create something new, someone who can connect different pieces of electronic into a network to deliver something which serves a larger purpose and a closes example would be home & office automation.

Please note that when we say “arts men” we not only mean people with artistic skills such as in painting and sculptures but we mean people who are good at plastering a wall so plain that it can beat a mirror. People  who are awesome in tile and stone work who will deliver a floor that seems one single piece of stone with no joints even though its made up of multiple pieces. Fabrication arts men in our world means artists who will deliver metal work as a piece of art and sometimes you might feel the grill or the metal door was so beautifully made that it can be kept as a show piece.

MISTRIJI is also an initiative to embed the creative and artistic human element in day to day construction which is backed by technology and calculations.
